In your pod, an Obama rather low key, rushed, and mumbled statement regarding persecution of Bush of terror actions: "I don't think any laws were broken."
There will never be a President or VP put on trial after they leave office. 1), they take care of each other, 2), All of them have illegalities of some sort that could be grounds for persecution.
Future Yesterday,
I've seen a lot of strange headlines over the last eight years and have not ruled out the prosecution of Bush being one of them some day. That said, I'm not holding my breath.
